As with any restaurant, regardless of how good the food is, everything goes upside down if the service is subpar. Well, our team has visited Yellowtail on several occasions, and with each visit, we have had nothing short of outstanding service. During our last excursion, we were not only greeted by an extremely helpful and pleasant hostess but also by the Yellowtail General Manager, Irene Khoriaty. As we sat down at our table, the real experience began as we were welcomed by our waiter who seemed as if he were born to serve at Yellowtail. Always on his toes, amusing our party the whole night, he presented each dish with great knowledge and gratitude, promising our evening would be a night to remember.

Yellowtail is known for the exotic twist that they puts on Japanese food when it meets Vegas food. They have an exquisite view when it comes to entertaining their guests through culinary features. Their background stems from Japan and its history with fresh, raw fishes but they also include those guests who are more for land specialties.
