Bazaar Meats has wowed Las Vegas with its groundbreaking culinary experience and wonderful world of carnivorous adventure. World-famous Chef Jose Andres is a James Beard award-winner and has become wildly known on both coasts for his intriguing culinary tastes. You have to be ready to take a trip to the unordinary (and extraordinary) if you dine at the popular restaurant located in the Sahara Hotel in Las Vegas. However, from the moment you set foot inside, your senses start jumping to life in every way imaginable. Images of raw meats and a huge fired barbecue area come to life. You hear the buzzing of a popular restaurant blended with the sizzling of succulent meats. And of course, your sense of smell is rapidly aroused as the chef's dishes flirt with those sensory cells that directly communicate with the brain. All of this creates a culinary sensory overload... and you have yet to incorporate the sense of taste.

THE BAZAAR MEAT FOOD
By now, most diners have heard of Bazaar Meat in Las Vegas, or at least its founder, José Andrés. While the atmosphere is certainly unique, the food is exceptionally incomparable to any other cuisine you've had. Certainly, that is true for the vast majority of guests at Bazaar Meat.

To understand the uniqueness of the food there is no other way to understand the uniqueness of the food other than to experience it firsthand. Let's start with the Marinated 'Ferran Adrià' Olives, both Modern & Traditional. Have you ever had a liquid olive? Well you need to. They are as tasty as they are unusual. We started with several appetizers but that was the first, followed by the recommended Cotton Candy Foie Gras. While some at our table were not fans of any type of foie gras, those that were were delighted. We also devoured the Bagels & Lox Cone with dill cream cheese, salmon roe, and the Neptune's Pillows, tiny but very tasty. Although our goal was to experiment with the bazaar, we couldn't help but order the oysters as well. The fruit vinegar and piquillo cocktail sauce were the perfect partners!

You might think these dishes sound bazaar... we thought they sounded adventurous, and they were!

Live Scallops to Bison Buffalo Carpaccio and Whole Suckling Pigs, every item on the menu will surprise you and leave you with a great taste in your mouth (pun intended). 

THE BAZAAR MEAT LAS VEGAS STAFF

If the food isn't enough for you, the staff has got to win you over. Not only is the Bazaar Meats staff wildly trained on all aspects of the ever-changing menu, but they are entertaining while teaching it to their guests. They are honest about these "bazaar" dishes and explain how one bite pairs well with another. We have found that they will entertain you for your entire stay, helping you with recommendations even outside of the restaurant. Bazaar Meats knows food... but they also know how to hire staff!

We have been everywhere in Vegas and nothing has quite struck as the same way that Bazaar Meats has. They are nothing short of Bazaar but in the absolute best of ways. We thoroughly enjoy each part of our meal each time we dine with them, our service and the environment as a whole. We couldn't recommend Bazaar Meats more!
