OUR HISTORY WITH NOBU
Las Vegas is a city filled with some of the very best restaurants in the world. Nobu Las Vegas at Caesars Palace, is no exception. Our Restaurant Review Team has dined at Nobu Vegas pretty much since it opened at the Las Vegas Hard Rock Hotel. Over the years we have dined at Nobu Vegas at least a dozen times and reviewed the restaurant 3 times (this is the 4th). Overall the reviews have been very consistent (as is the food, service, and atmosphere at Nobu). In the past, have fared very well with our Review Teams and have scored as one of the best restaurants we’ve dined at.

THE NOBU LAS VEGAS STAFF

Let’s start with the people that make it or break it. Nobu management is serious about your experience. That attitude spills over onto the staff. They know what is expected and they deliver. When we approached the hostess stand the hostess was there and greeted us as if she had waited for us all day. She was upbeat, professional, gracious, and on the ball. She interacted with our group and at the same time was able to quickly process us (she seated us without incident).

Our server, Mina, was at the table as we walked up and she graciously helped everyone get comfortable and prepared us for our adventure. We soon found that we were fortunate to get such an exceptional server. Mina was attentive, very professional, and had in-depth knowledge of Nobu Las Vegas. At the same time, she was able to make guests feel comfortable with her friendly disposition. She quickly guided us through the cocktail menu and assisted us with good direction. Within just a few minutes the cocktails were served, and Mina was back making suggestions for appetizers. We let her direct us through the courses of dinner (which we highly recommend).

We realized when we walked away that there were many other opportunities at Nobu, including teppan tables where you can experience an expansive selection of meats and vegetables... and the teppan meals are delicious, filling, and fun! There is also the Chef's Tasting Menu starting around $125 and soaring to nearly $300 (per person) but again, well worth the money in every way!

THE NOBU FOOD
As the food is placed on the table you know it's time for the fun to begin. Nobu's popularity stems from their food which is always clean, consistent, and enjoyable. Without getting in the way, Mina has our next courses being prepared. Meanwhile, we are already sharing the Yellowtail Jalapeño (always one of our very favorite items), the Lobster Shiitake Salad, and the Crispy Rice with Spicy Tuna. What a great start to a culinary journey! 

Soon the next course began to arrive, featuring one of my favorites, the Black Cod with Miso. Simply incredible! After several other Hot, Cold, Classic, and Now Nobu Dishes, we all began to sink into a culinary coma... a good one. The hits kept coming and we even saved room for dessert (maybe we didn't save room for it but we ordered some anyway).

OUR TAKEAWAY
Over the past several years we have rated Nobu Las Vegas among our Best Restaurants in Las Vegas and even among the Best Restaurants in America. Once again, Nobu has held their status and we highly recommend them.

ZZZIPPY RECOMMENDATIONS
There isn't much of anything that we have not tried from the Nobu Las Vegas kitchen. And thus far they have not disappointed. However, we do have our favorites that end up on our 'Highly Recommendations List'. If you get to Nobu Las Vegas, make sure you try these spectacular items.
